1.\tLifetime Warranty Coverage<\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1.1 GadJet products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, if the customer registers the warranty on www.gadjetuk.com\/warranty. This warranty applies to all GadJet products purchased from our official website (<\/span>gadjetuk.com<\/a>) after 10\/07\/2023, or purchased<\/span> from our authorised retailers where the product manual and package mention the warranty registration information. The customer is responsible for registering the warranty.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.2. Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur throughout the expected life of the product. The expected life and shelf-life of each product varies depending on its nature and usage.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

1.3. The warranty coverage includes, but is not limited to, the following GadJet products:<\/p>\n

  1. USB cables (average expected life: 1.5 years)<\/li>\n
  2. Power banks (average expected life: 2 years)<\/li>\n
  3. Car chargers (average expected life: 2 years)<\/li>\n
  4. Mains chargers (average expected life: 2 years)<\/li>\n
  5. Wired earphones (average expected life: 2 years)<\/li>\n
  6. Wireless earphones (average expected life: 2 years)<\/li>\n
  7. Speakers (average expected life: 2 years)<\/li>\n
  8. Phone holders (average expected life: 2 years)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1.4. The lifetime warranty is only valid for the original product and purchaser and requires proof registration of the warranty, which is emailed to the customer when the warranty is activated. See \u201cWarranty Activation Process\u201d for information on how to activate the warranty.<\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    1.5. The lifetime warranty does not cover the following:<\/p>\n

    1. Damage resulting from improper use, mishandling, or accidental drops.<\/li>\n
    2. Normal wear and tear, including scratches and minor cosmetic damage.<\/li>\n
    3. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.<\/li>\n
    4. Loss or theft of the product.<\/li>\n
    5. Claims made after the end of the product\u2019s expected life, as determined by GadJet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      2.2. During the registration process, you will be required to provide the following information:<\/p>

      1. Full name<\/li>
      2. Email address<\/li>
      3. Product SKU and Batch number<\/li>
      4. Purchase date<\/li><\/ol>

        2.3. It is essential to complete the warranty registration within 90 days of your purchase to ensure your warranty coverage remains valid.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        3.1. If you encounter a manufacturing defect covered by the lifetime warranty, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:<\/p>

        B. Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the warranty claim process and may request additional information or evidence, such as photographs or videos, to assess the issue.<\/p>

        3.2. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us, following the instructions provided by our Customer Support Team. We recommend using a reliable and traceable shipping method. The buyer will pay for the return postage.<\/p>

        3.3. Upon receiving the returned product, our technicians will inspect and evaluate the defect. If the defect is deemed to be covered by the lifetime warranty, we will proceed with one of the following options:<\/p>
